Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the car is already in showroom / Dhaka and customer canceled the order after his confirmation within 3 days, cancelation fees BDT 50,000 Taka will be charged. A customer will get a full refund of the booking money after deducting the penalty or he/she can exchange the order with another showroom ready car.
If the car is in Chittagong or Mongla port, we release the car from port after getting confirmation from the client, but client canceled the order / wants to exchange the car with another model by 7 days, in this case cancelation fees BDT 1 lac taka.
For Japan Stock, If the order is canceled after the car reached at port or during the shipment, cancelation fees (penalty) One Lac Taka.
If the full payment is not made within 30 days from the booking date/car arrival date in showroom, the car will be canceled automatically and cancelation fees (penalty) minimum One Lac Taka or 5% of the total car price (whichever is higher).
In case of Car Loan, if the car loan is not granted by the bank because of the client’s profile/bad debt/bad CIB report, GARI-IMPORT will wait up to 30 days from the booking date and if client failed to buy the car, cancelation fees (penalty) minimum One Lac Taka or 5% of the total car price (whichever is higher).
If the Car Loan is approved, but client failed to pay his portion within 5 days from the purchase order date, the car will be canceled automatically and cancelation fees (penalty) minimum One Lac Taka or 5% of the total car price (whichever is higher).
PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION
For ready stock cars customer can take the car for pre purchase inspection to any renowned service center /workshop, if they found faulty (only for Engine, Gearbox & Hybrid System), customer can CANCEL the, only in this case full refund will be given.
For other issues like (suspension, shock absorber, wheel balancing & alignment, brake servicing, rust, general servicing) will be changed/repaired before delivery.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Auction Sheet Verification
If a customer is charged but did not get the auction sheet report from our system automatically, a full refund will be given. Please raise a complain at info@gari-import.com.bd or call our hotlines.
After Manual Search if the report is not found, 50% of the fees will be refunded by bKash.
